Cancellation & Refund Policy
We follow a clear, transparent, and uniform cancellation and refund policy applicable to all bookings made through our company. We recommend all customers carefully read the policy on our website before confirming their reservation.
1. Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email only. Cancellation charges will apply as per the following schedule:
- 45 days or more before the arrival date 25% of the total tour cost
- Between 45 days and 30 days before the arrival date 50% of the total tour cost
- Between 30 days and 15 days before the arrival date 75% of the total tour cost
- Less than 15 days before the arrival date 100% of the total tour cost
The advance payment is strictly non-refundable. The advance payment shall be treated as confirmation of the tour. Once confirmed, the booking will be governed by the applicable cancellation policy. Certain packages, promotional offers, flight tickets, hotel bookings, and special services may be non-cancellable and non-refundable as per vendor policies.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only after receiving confirmation from the concerned hotels, airlines, transport providers, or other service vendors. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking. Refund processing may take approximately 6–8 working days from the date of approval. Transaction charges, payment gateway fees, taxes, and service charges may be non-refundable. No refund will be provided for unused services, no-shows, or partially utilized tour packages.
3. Cancellation by the Company
BHARATAAGMAN EXCURSION PVT LTD reserves the right to cancel any booking or tour due to:
- Natural calamities
- Weather conditions
- Government restrictions
- Insufficient participation
- Operational issues
- Unavoidable circumstances beyond control
In such cases, customers will be offered either:
- An alternative tour/package, or
- Refund as per vendor/company policy.
The company shall not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the customer, including hotel bookings, flight tickets, insurance, personal expenses, or any other related costs.
4. Changes & Modifications
Requests for rescheduling or modification of travel dates are subject to availability and may involve additional charges. All modification requests should be submitted well in advance. Date change or modification requests are not guaranteed and will depend on vendor approval.
5. Deficient or Unsatisfactory Services
If you are dissatisfied with any service provided during your trip, you must notify our customer support team immediately so that appropriate assistance and resolution can be arranged.
